2025 Retreat Accomodations

StoryHouse Writers’ Retreat curates a group of 6-10 women writers that have complementary writing talents and retreat goals to attend our all-inclusive retreats.

September 24-28, Napa Valley, California

Important Dates:

June 1 - All accepted guests will be notified and invited to book their spot.

July 1 – Room booking window closes. If attendees have not booked their room by July 1, their spot will be given to a waitlist applicant.

Inclusions:

All retreat packages are all-inclusive of accommodation, meals, beverages, retreat activities and ground transportation. This includes:

Workshopping – 2-hour daily workshopping groups, in addition to time for one-on-one conversations with industry professionals for personal mentorship
Food and beverage - Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for five days, including wine, catered meals and communal dining as you forge bonds with other writers
Self-care activities* - A yogi will be on site to offer a one-hour yoga class, in addition the pictured activities that you can participate in on site, such as swimming, hiking, pickleball, etc.

*Optional but included.

Retreat Pricing:

All retreat packages are all-inclusive of accommodation, meals, beverages, retreat activities and ground transportation.

Private room ensuite package - $5500
Private room with no private bathroom package - $4800
Shared room package (you + 1 roommate) - $3200
Shared room package (you + 3 roommates) - $2400

You will book your travel to the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) separate and independent of booking your retreat package.

Reminder: If attendees have not booked their room by July 1, their spot will be given to a waitlist applicant.

Flights and Arrival:

Your trip begins as you fly to San Francisco, California (SFO) on Wednesday, September 24th. We recommend you arrive early afternoon on Wednesday the 24th and depart early to late afternoon on Sunday the 28th.

Once you land, a shuttle will transport you to the retreat grounds, where you can check in any time after 4 p.m. on Wednesday. Dinner will be served at 6 p.m. for those who have arrived.

A shuttle back to the airport will be arranged for departures on Sunday, September 28th before 3 p.m. Roundtrip shuttle service is included in your retreat tuition.

Room Request Instructions:

All rooms are booked first come first served, so select your room soon to ensure you get the one you want.
At our retreat, you have the option of booking your own ensuite room, or rooming with 1-3 other people where you can continue to forge bonds with other like-minded writers.
Fill out the form below to select and pay for your retreat room. Once the single ensuites have been selected and paid for by an attendee, they will be removed from the site, no longer available to anyone else.
